1:1 sessions are offered virtually through a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom.

The 60-Minute Nutrition Intensive is 60 minutes. For Monthly Support and the Classic 4 Pack, initial sessions last 60-75 minutes and follow-up sessions last 30-45 minutes.

Everyone is different and the length of time we work together depends on so many factors, like your specific nutrition concerns and unique lifestyle factors. I have worked with athletes for anywhere from a single session to 6 months and beyond. On average, athletes see benefits from nutrition support after 3-4 months.

Dietetic licensure varies by state and is constantly changing.
I currently hold licenses in Utah, Montana, and Nevada, and am able to practice without a license in Colorado, California, Arizona, and Virginia.
If you live in another state and want to work together, please reach out and I can research licensure laws in your state.

I do not currently accept insurance, although I hope to in the future.
I can accept most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and, if requested, can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
In addition, I offer sliding scale rates on all of my 1:1 nutrition support packages.
Accessibility is really important to me. Please reach out if you are concerned about being able to afford nutrition support and we can come up with a plan that works for you.

Accessibility is really important to me and I don’t want finances to get in the way of anyone receiving the support that they need.
That is why, for all of my 1:1 nutrition support packages, I offer sliding scale rates on an honor system basis.
You may choose to pay either 50%, 75%, or 100% of the total price based on your needs.
These rates are intended for athletes who would not otherwise be able to afford nutrition support as my rates really do reflect the amount of work and time that goes into each session. Between prep, follow-up, and the session itself, a 60-minute session can easily use 2-3 hours of my time, as well as the costs of the systems that I need to run a HIPAA-compliant healthcare business
Payment plans are also available.

Nope! The majority of Peak to Peak athletes are recreational or don’t compete at all. You still deserve to fuel your body adequately even if you aren’t setting course records or winning gold medals.

It is totally valid to WANT to lose weight, especially given the amount of messaging most of us have been receiving our entire lives about the importance of body shape and size in health, athletic performance, and even being loved.
I practice from a weight-inclusive, anti-diet lens, which means that I prefer to focus on behaviors that support health and performance. And how much you weigh is not a behavior (nor, as it turns out, is it something we can actually control in the long term).
Furthermore, nutrition for weight loss and nutrition for performance are contradictory - meaning you cannot pursue both simultaneously.
While it’s totally fine if you still want to lose weight while working together, know that I will ask you to put that desire on the back burner while we focus on fueling for health and performance and on cultivating a healthy relationship with food.
